Heritage Palace Décor has implemented a systematic procedure to prevent any confusion or miscommunication during project execution and approval processes. This system ensures that all works are carried out in full alignment with project requirements and that approvals are efficiently obtained from the Project QC Engineer as work progresses on site. The Project QC Engineer is responsible for verifying that all major activities comply with project specifications and the relevant Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs). The QA/QC Department conducts regular internal audits to ensure that the Quality Management System is being properly and effectively implemented through planned and documented procedures. Heritage Palace Décor recognizes these audit reports as essential tools for management to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and determine training and human resource development needs.

Heritage Palace Décor prepares and issues Quality Control Plans, detailed work procedures, instructions, control forms, and checklists tailored to each project’s scope and client requirements, ensuring consistent quality and compliance across all operations.

Under its Health, Safety, and Environmental Management framework, the company strictly adheres to all relevant national laws and regulations, implementing proactive measures to protect employee well-being and minimize environmental impact.
